Define is an innovative, result driven &service oriented organization born from the disappointment we, the founders had to go through when faced with the reality of career mismatch. We are in the field of education and career coaching for the past 12 years with our digital presence and product established more than 2 years ago

We are motivated to help students and professional find clarity in their life’s journey, as an average individual spends almost 70% of their life working professionally. We intend to be the inspiration and beacon of hope for a new-age workforce that is aligned to the individual persona with a matched skillset to perform optimally.

How It Works?​

Our 5-dimensional career assessment module is the result of rigorous research and has been formulated on the basis of tried and tested psychometric theories. Our module tests on the five most important contributing factors towards a successful and satisfactory career performance in individuals:

Differential Aptitude Test

We adapt a version of the Pearson Quantitative Aptitude Test with the cultural, social and economic aspects of the Indian population in mind. This tests the quantitative skills along with logical and analytical skills of an individual.

Interest Inventory

Based on John Holland’s Theory of Career Choice (RIASEC), people search for environments that will let them use their skills and abilities and express their attitudes and values while taking on enjoyable problems and roles. By matching the interest type with the chosen career path, the happiness of an individual in ensured.

Career Personality

The MBTI based on an influential theory developed by Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung, is a broad classification of various personality traits of an individual which when combined with our dimensions of the analysis points towards job roles that the individual can optimally perform.

Learning Style

Based on Neil Fleming’s VARK Theory, the primary and secondary learning modalities of an individual is assessed to determine any learning or comprehension difficulties that might exist or arise in the future. We believe this dimension is crucial in determining the future learning methodologies adopted by the individual for a very successful career journey.

Emotional Quotient

Based on Daniel Goleman’s Emotional theory, this module assess individual levels of emotional intelligence and identify areas of improvement so that these areas can then be worked upon to result in optimal career performance in future.
